Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties:

• Manage and supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product knowledge
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets
• Oversee the buying and selling processes, including pricing, promotions, and product placement
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, track trends, and make informed business decisions
• Implement time management techniques to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in wireless sales

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and profit margins
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and experience managing inventory levels
