Operations Manager

Responsibilities include: Training of crew members Employee Scheduling Perform full service moving jobs as needed Assigning crews Warehouse and truck management Oversee Truck Maintenance Holding crews accountable to company standards and providing highest level of customer service A large portion of this position is spent in the field training crew members Maintain safety of crew and trucks Conduct site checks of crews Perform estimates for clients Perform marketing duties and build business relationships Customer service J ob

Requirements:

Must have the physical ability to complete a moving service, i.e. lifting heavy items up and down steps, through narrow hallways, in and out of homes, etc. Must be able to or willing to learn how to drive our trucks Sales, Marketing and Operations background preferred Strong Communication skills Thrive in fast paced environment Prior moving and/or junk removal experience is a plus Driver's License Relatively clean driving record Weekend Availability Required Sundays are required

5 days a week Weekend Availability 9am-6pm, or something similar Some days are longer than others depending on customer needs Things to
