Residential Service Technician Job Requirements:

3 years of residential HVAC service experience Effective communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Provide exceptional customer service Must have a valid driver's license with good record of driving Must be able to pass drug screen and background check EPA Certification is a requirement NATE Certification is a plus
