Position Summary:
As a Dedicated Regional Field Operations Manager for A. Duie Pyle, you will be responsible for managing operations across multiple dedicated accounts and overseeing a growing book of business. This role focuses on fostering team collaboration, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving operational growth. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Managing and developing their assigned Dedicated Accounts. Traveling as required to various customer locations Partnering with Operations and Recruiting to ensure proper onboarding of the customers and onsite personal Overseeing the P&L for their regional (financial performance forecasting); managing customer and regional KPIs (operational goals) Creating customer service first solutions. Recognizing areas that need improvement with a vision to develop an action plan tailored to each account Executing necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and DOT rules and regulations Demonstrating the Pyle Culture through the expansive and repetitive communication of Pyle core values across all levels in the organization To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following: Minimum five (5) years of previous transportation experience, ideally within a Dedicated Account Management role Demonstrated leadership experience; ability to lead, teach, and mentor staff Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with MS Office applications; strong computer literacy Ability to work all shifts as required High School Diploma or equivalent For a full job description associated with this posting, please contact A.
