Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive ABA HR & Operations Manager to oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day operational support for a growing ABA organization. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of ABA services and can effectively manage therapists, client needs, and administrative operations while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and onboard RBTs, BTs, and BCBAs Coordinate staff schedules and match therapists to clients based on personality, experience, language, and client needs Ensure employee files, credentials, trainings, and compliance documents are updated and organized Communicate with families and staff regarding scheduling changes, availability, and service coordination Assist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, and HR processes Track staffing coverage and help fill open cases quickly Maintain organized documentation and operational systems Work closely with leadership to improve workflow, staffing, and overall operations Support intake coordination and ensure smooth communication between departments
Qualifications:
Experience in ABA, healthcare, staffing, HR, or operations management preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases/staff simultaneously Experience with scheduling and staff coordination preferred Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented Spanish-speaking is a must
What We're Looking For:
Someone who can think fast, stay organized under pressure, and understand how important proper staff-to-client matching is in ABA services. We need a strong leader who can help keep operations running smoothly while supporting both families and staff.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability as needed
Work Location:
Remote / Hybrid options available depending on experience.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
