Job Description
Job Summary Morris Laundry is looking for an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple laundromat locations throughout Southeast Texas. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and improving operations. You won't be sitting behind a desk. Every day you'll travel between locations making sure each store is clean, fully staffed, operating efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience. As our company grows, you'll play a key role in helping build the systems and team that support our expansion. What You'll Do Visit multiple laundromat locations each day. Ensure every store meets Morris Laundry standards. Coach, train, and develop attendants. Hold employees accountable for performance and attendance. Cover shifts when necessary. Conduct daily and weekly store inspections. Ensure stores remain clean, organized, and customer-ready. Handle customer concerns professionally. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees. Build employee schedules and coordinate shift coverage. Monitor payroll and labor efficiency. Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance. Work with vendors and service providers. Track store performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement new operating procedures. Help open new laundromat locations as the company expands. Report directly to the owner. Willing to travel between multiple locations daily. Able to work flexible hours when needed. Preferred Experience Multi-location operations. Restaurant management. Retail management. Hospitality. Property management. Service business management. Laundromat experience is NOT required. We will teach you the industry. Compensation Salary starting around $800 per week (based on experience).
