About Us We are a growing drywall company looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office & Operations Manager to help streamline our business operations and support future growth. This is a key position for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping a company scale. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office and administrative operations Manage company email communications, customer inquiries, and follow-up correspondence Prepare, organize, and track bids, proposals, contracts, and project documentation Assist with estimating and job costing processes Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business tracking systems using Excel Ensure company records, licenses, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation remain current Support marketing initiatives, lead tracking, social media, and customer follow-up Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and company processes Develop and implement systems that help the company scale and grow Work directly with ownership to support strategic business goals and long-term growth
