Job Description

We're partnering with our client, a leading financial and marketplace ecosystem, to find a talented Business Operations Manager. This is a Hybrid role in Hoboken, NJ. The position involves leading operational processes, analyzing data insights, and driving strategic improvements to support seller growth and marketplace success.
Business Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee seller onboarding, offboarding, and other seller-facing functions to ensure smooth operations. Utilize seller feedback and analytics to enhance products and service delivery. Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product and operational success. Conduct strategic analysis by examining market trends and data to identify growth opportunities. Address complex and ambiguous business problems through independent solution development.
Business Operations Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. At least five years of experience in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or similar industries. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Strong analytical, strategic, and communication abilities. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and the ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
