In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the execution engine behind the Marketing Division and Private Segment & Product Marketing (PSPM) strategy, ensuring priorities move from vision to action with excellence, discipline, and measurable results. As the operational leader for Marketing and PSPM, you will partner closely with the AVP, Marketing Operations & Strategy to co-develop operational plans, establish execution frameworks, and drive delivery across marketing operations, project management, and business operations. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience (eight years). In addition to education or equivalent experience, requires a minimum of eight years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, project management, or related functions, including at least three years of people leadership experience. Certifications such as Scrum/Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.

$114,600 - $166,750 The Job As Director, Marketing Operations & Delivery, you will be responsible for operationalizing and executing the strategic priorities of the Marketing Division and Private Segment & Product Marketing (PSPM) organization. You will ensure strategic initiatives are translated into actionable plans, aligned across teams, and delivered with consistency, efficiency, and excellence. This role serves as a key leadership partner to divisional leaders, project management teams, operational functions, agency partners, and internal stakeholders. You will oversee the systems, processes, workflows, and execution rhythms that enable marketing and donor engagement activities to perform effectively at scale. Success in this role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment. You will build and develop high-performing teams, strengthen delivery practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and create visibility into priorities, capacity, risks, and outcomes across the division. This is a highly collaborative role that combines people leadership, operational management, portfolio oversight, and organizational influence to help World Vision achieve its mission through exceptional marketing execution and donor engagement. Help carry out our Christian organization's mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word, and sign. Strategy Execution & Operational Alignment Partner with divisional leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, roadmaps, and execution frameworks. Operationalize PSPM and Marketing Division strategies by establishing clear accountability, delivery milestones, and performance expectations. Lead the development and coordination of integrated operating plans, POD backlogs, and execution rhythms aligned with organizational priorities. Ensure strong alignment across PSPM teams, divisional partners, agency partners, and internal customer groups. Create visibility into priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and organizational capacity. Operational Excellence Lead day-to-day operations for assigned Marketing and PSPM functions. Ensure reliable execution, service excellence, operational efficiency, and proactive issue resolution. Oversee systems, processes, and workflows supporting campaign execution, donor engagement, fulfillment, and operational delivery. Identify and remove barriers impacting delivery and operational performance. Surface risks, trade-offs, and capacity constraints while providing recommendations for resolution. Continuous Improvement Champion a culture of continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational standardization. Lead initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and improve stakeholder and donor experiences. Implement disciplined improvement methodologies, including retrospectives, test-and-learn approaches, and change management practices. Sustain improvements through measurement, accountability, and organizational adoption. Portfolio & Delivery Management Support prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of work across PSPM and Marketing teams. Maintain visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, and organizational outcomes. Provide leadership with timely insights to support decision-making and resource allocation. Reinforce consistent delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, status reporting, and execution reviews. Improve predictability, throughput, and organizational effectiveness through strong delivery management. Stakeholder Relationships & Integration Build trusted partnerships across divisional teams, operational functions, agency partners, and internal customers. Promote clarity of roles, shared priorities, and cross-functional collaboration. Facilitate alignment and coordinated decision-making across stakeholder groups. Identify and address disconnects that may impact delivery or organizational effectiveness. Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment that strengthens organizational integration and execution. Leadership & Team Development Lead the PSPM Project Management function and establish consistent delivery practices across teams. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing team members. Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability measures. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and operational excellence. Manage performance, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
