Role Summary :
We are seeking a Director of Commercial Operations poised to make a significant impact. This role demands a visionary leader competent in multi-faceted operational planning who can efficiently run our commercial operations division
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire project teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Drive processes and strategies that support our ambitious 100% growth goal over the next five years. Report directly to the C-suite, offering your strategic insights and leadership directly where it counts.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with senior leadership to set strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow. Lead and manage a diverse team, including administrative staff, remote workforce, and assistant project managers/superintendents, providing constructive feedback and ensuring procedure adherence. Evaluate the efficacy of business procedures and implement improvements in line with organizational objectives. Oversee procurement processes and manage material and resource allocation. Conduct financial reviews and adjust operational budgets to maximize profitability. Formulate or revise company policies and promote their effective implementation. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors. Constantly refine customer support processes to optimize customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. Analyze and interpret performance data and metrics for ongoing improvement. Invest in growing our labor force, the company's most valuable asset. Ensure organizational compliance with legal and industry standards.
