We need a fast-moving, sharp Director of Operations to help us maintain this standard as we scale. Your main mission will be to lead our core team, serving as the first line of defense and solving problems before things need to be escalated. This position isn't rocket science, but it requires an exceptional, highly organized leader who can execute under pressure. What You'll Be Doing Leading the
Team:
Act as the direct supervisor and go-to resource for the management team. The "Turn"
Master:
Oversee the move-out process. Schedule contractors, inspect progress, and ensure vacant units are turned over rapidly and efficiently for new tenants.
Leasing & Marketing:
Write killer listing descriptions, post properties on Zillow and through our software and make sure our leasing team is easily connected to these listings.
Process Building:
Look at how we do things and make them better, faster, and more efficient.
Onboarding & Files:
Help bring on new clients and ensure our owner files are 100% complete and compliant.
Compliance & Socials:
Manage evictions, oversee voucher programs (Section 8 / MSHDA) and payments, and keep our social media active.
What We're Looking For Property Management Experience:
You need to know the industry. We don't have time to teach the basics of property management from scratch.
High-Level Multi-Tasking:
You can juggle contractor schedules, tenant complaints, and paperwork without breaking a sweat.
Tech Savvy:
You must be able to quickly learn our industry software and be comfortable navigating Gmail, Excel sheets, and Google Drive.
Process-Driven:
You love creating order out of chaos and building smooth, repeatable systems. What's In It For You?

$45,000 - $50,000 to start.
