As the right hand to our Team Leader, you will be the heartbeat of our operations and a key engine in our mission to serve the Columbia market. The Impact You Will Make Operational Excellence:
Own the tech stack (CRM-Boldtrail, SISU, Skyslope) to ensure a paperless, frictionless environment for our agents and clients.
Growth & Attraction:
Partner with the Team Leader to design and execute attraction strategies that showcase our value proposition, helping us reach our goal of net-gaining 2 top-tier agents per month.
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between our team and key partners (Lenders, Attorneys, Virtual Assistant, Team Members) to ensure every client has a 5 star experience.
Legacy Building:
Transition our current growth from a "reactive grind" to a "proactive business owner" model, ensuring excellence is a habit across the entire organization. Qualifications Proven experience in high-level administration or operations (Real Estate background preferred but "Growth Mindset" is mandatory). Familiarity with local SC market trends and a desire to provide high-level, localized service. Exceptional communication skills—you are the "voice" of the team's culture.
