Job Description

Sales & Project Manager - Fence Installation Straight Line Fence is looking to expand and grow, and we're searching for an experienced, motivated individual to join our team. If you have a strong background in the fence industry and enjoy both sales and leadership, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Generate and sell new fence installation projects. Meet with customers and prepare estimates. Order materials and coordinate deliveries. Schedule projects and manage timelines. Lead and supervise installation crews. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Provide excellent customer service from the initial consultation through project completion. Requirements Fence installation experience is required. General knowledge of wood, chain link, vinyl, and aluminum fencing. Ability to read job sites, measure accurately, and solve problems in the field. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation This is a performance-based position. Pay is based on a flat rate plus a percentage of the work you generate and sell. High performers have unlimited earning potential.
