$75,000-$85,000 + Performance Bonus Job Summary We're looking for an entrepreneurial, tech-savvy operations leader to become the Founder's right hand and help scale a fast-growing healthcare organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving processes, leveraging technology, and helping grow a business. You'll oversee daily operations while helping drive growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Partner directly with the Founder to oversee daily business operations. Manage recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and independent contractor operations. Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes. Leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency. Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement. Support business development, networking, and referral partnerships. Ensure an exceptional experience for clients and caregivers. Lead special projects and help scale the business. Travel to New York approximately once per month, as needed. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in operations, business management, project management, or a similar leadership role. Healthcare, home care, or home health experience strongly preferred. Experience as a Branch Administrator, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, or similar role is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, automation, and process improvement. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
