Competitive base + performance-based incentives + equity A rapidly growing, venture-backed travel technology company is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead national growth through high-impact relationships across the travel ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned travel industry leader with a proven record of building and scaling strategic partnerships with major airlines, OTAs, hotels, financial institutions, and other large-scale travel organizations. The ideal candidate is a respected, well-connected rainmaker who thrives on creating transformative deals that drive measurable revenue and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the partnership strategy across key travel verticals. Lead complex deal negotiations and secure long-term, high-value agreements. Build and leverage senior-level relationships across the travel ecosystem. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and delivery on partnership goals. Serve as a market-facing ambassador, representing the brand as a leading partner in the travel space. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in the travel industry, with 10+ years in senior partnerships or business development roles. Experience in the travel industry is non-negotiable. Must have experience selling a product or service to airlines, large travel agencies, cruise lines, and/or consortia. Proven success closing and managing strategic partnerships with major travel brands, travel agencies, cruise lines, airlines, etc. Strong executive network within airlines, OTAs, cruise lines, banks, or travel insurance providers. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
