Vacation Rental Associate -
Happy Place Vacation Rentals Overview:
Happy Place Vacation Rentals is dedicated to providing unforgettable stays in beautiful vacation properties. As a Vacation Rental Associate , you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring properties are always in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement:
Offer warm, professional communication before, during, and after stays to create a memorable experience.
Reservation Management:
Handle booking inquiries, process payments, and keep availability calendars updated.
Property Coordination:
Oversee cleaning and maintenance to ensure properties reflect the high standards of Happy Place Vacation Rentals.
Marketing Support:
Assist in listing properties on rental platforms and responding to potential guests.
Issue Resolution:
Address guest concerns and quickly resolve any challenges that arise.
Local Expertise:
Provide guests with tailored recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous hospitality or property management experience is a plus. Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with vacation rental booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.). Basic computer skills for handling reservations and guest communications.
Job Types:
