BCBA certified? Check! You're in good standing with the BACB. Got experience? At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (bonus points if it's with kiddos on the spectrum). Supervision guru? You've nailed the BACB Supervisor Training and are all about those 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle. Leader material? You've got top-notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro. Independent operator? You're a deadline-meeting, time-managing machine, working solo with minimal oversight.The Fine Print :
Must submit a transcript showing your Master's degree and BCBA Certification. Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (we'll cover it). Keep your TB test and BLS training up-to-date.
