REQUIREMENTS

• Landscaping industry experience required
• Business and management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, customers, and job quality
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to problem solve and handle responsibility without constant supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee crews and daily operations
• Help manage scheduling and workflow
• Communicate with customers
• Ensure job quality and efficiency
