We are looking for the person who sees something that needs to be done and takes ownership of it . This is an ideal position for someone who is organized, resourceful, comfortable with technology, interested in AI, and genuinely enjoys figuring things out. You do not need to know how to do everything on Day One. You do need to be someone who can learn quickly, find answers, solve problems, and get things across the finish line. If your instinct when presented with a problem is, "I'll figure it out," we want to talk to you. Responsibilities will include:

Someone who demonstrates initiative and good judgment will have the opportunity to take on significantly more responsibility. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: A go-getter. You don't need to be repeatedly told what to do. A problem solver. You look for solutions before bringing someone a problem. Tech savvy. New software doesn't intimidate you. Excited about AI. You should be interested in ChatGPT and other AI tools and want to learn how to use them effectively in a professional environment. Highly organized. You can keep multiple projects moving at once. Responsive. When something important comes up, you jump on it. Resourceful. If you don't know the answer, you know how to find it. Detail oriented. You catch mistakes and follow through. Comfortable with change. We are actively improving our systems and processes. Accountable. If you say you are going to do something, it gets done. Positive and professional. You can work effectively with attorneys, clients, staff, vendors, and outside partners. Experience That Would Be a Plus Experience in a law firm is helpful, but we are more interested in ability, initiative, intelligence, and attitude than a traditional legal-assistant résumé. Experience with any of the following is a strong plus: CRM platforms Legal case-management software ChatGPT or other AI tools Digital marketing Website or SEO projects Lead management and intake Project management Google Workspace Microsoft Office Automation tools Social media or content management This Job Is Probably Not for You If... You need every task spelled out step by step. You are uncomfortable learning new technology. You prefer doing the same handful of tasks every day. You wait for someone else to notice and solve problems. You don't like being accountable for results. This Job May Be Perfect for You If... You are the person people turn to when something needs to get done . You like technology and are fascinated by what AI can do. You enjoy creating order out of chaos. You notice inefficiencies and immediately start thinking about how to fix them. You want a position where your responsibilities and compensation can grow as you demonstrate what you can do. Why White Law PLLC? White Law PLLC is a growing Michigan law firm handling significant and sophisticated matters. We are investing heavily in technology, AI, marketing, systems, and operational improvements. We aren't looking for someone to simply fill an administrative chair. We want someone who can become an important part of how the firm operates and grows. For the right person, this can develop into a substantial operations, technology, marketing, or management role within the firm.
To Apply:
Please submit your résumé along with a short response answering these three questions: Tell us about a time you were given a problem you didn't know how to solve. What did you do? What AI tools have you used, and what have you used them for? What is an example of a process or system you improved at a previous job?
