You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters. In this position... As Manager, Digital Ecosystem Strategy & Operations, you'll help shape the business agenda for the Ford and Lincoln app ecosystem, the digital front door of vehicle ownership. You'll work across product, technology, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to turn big strategic priorities into clear plans that drive real outcomes for customers and the business. This role puts you at the center of decisions that determine how millions of drivers engage with, and get more value from, their connected vehicles. If you enjoy bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous environments, you'll thrive here. What you'll do... Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and the operating plan for the Ford and Lincoln app ecosystem. Act as the connective tissue across Ford business units, aligning teams around app-enabled opportunities that create customer and business value. Lead business planning that links company priorities to clear, measurable customer and commercial outcomes. Build and manage frameworks that help leadership prioritize investments and resources on the highest-impact opportunities. Run key planning and decision-making forums, including strategic reviews, business performance discussions, and leadership sessions, that keep the organization aligned and moving forward. Bring customer insights and performance data into planning conversations to sharpen prioritization and decision-making. Spot gaps, overlaps, and conflicting priorities across teams, and drive them to resolution. Develop clear, compelling business cases and executive presentations that help leaders make confident, well-informed decisions. You'll have... Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy Finance, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent. 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, planning, consulting, product operations, or commercial operations. Experience leading cross-functional planning, prioritization, or governance work in complex organizations. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer needs, business priorities, and enterprise value. Experience building operating rhythms, business cases, and executive-ready communications. Proven ability to influence and align senior leaders without direct authority. Strong analytical, structured problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Some travel may be required. Even better, you may have... MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering. Experience supporting a digital product, mobile app, connected services, subscription, or platform ecosystem business. Background in automotive, connected vehicles, digital commerce, or customer experience. Experience working across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, CRM, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams. Experience developing portfolio management, governance, or prioritization frameworks. Skill in building executive-level narratives and leading strategic planning efforts.
