//www.masaaccess.com What You Will Do Reporting to our Sr Director, People & Human Resources, your main responsibilities will include: Leading HRIS (Paylocity) administration, including system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and workflow optimization for scalability and efficiency. Overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and international employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing with strong controls. Driving process improvements through automation, system enhancements, and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work and improve operational accuracy. Managing cross-functional projects related to HRIS and payroll implementations, upgrades, and process changes. Overseeing benefits administration and leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance and a consistent employee experience. Evaluating and optimizing people operations systems, processes, and vendors to support organizational growth and efficiency. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll, or people operations, with ownership of systems and process improvement initiatives. Experience managing U.S. multi-state payroll; exposure to international payroll processes. Strong proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity), including configuration, reporting, and workflow automation. Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets to drive insights and reconciliations. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, and benefits/leave regulations, with a demonstrated ability to improve processes through technology.
