The Company organizes events across numerous U.S. markets through a decentralized network of venues, yoga instructors, puppy-provider partners, vendors, and local operational personnel. Position Summary Puppy Yoga Club LLC is seeking a Multi-Location Operations Planning Manager to design, implement, and oversee the planning systems necessary to coordinate its geographically dispersed event operations. The Multi-Location Operations Planning Manager will forecast location-level demand, evaluate event capacity, coordinate operational resources, standardize operating procedures, analyze location performance, and support the launch of operations in new markets. The position requires specialized expertise in multi-location planning, demand forecasting, capacity analysis, resource allocation, process optimization, and operational data analytics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate operations across the Company's U.S. markets, including the structured launch of activities in new cities;
- Analyze bookings, attendance, cancellations, seasonality, and location-specific trends to forecast demand and determine event frequency and capacity;
- Coordinate venues, instructors, puppy-provider partners, onsite personnel, equipment, supplies, and vendors based on projected operational requirements;
- Establish standardized procedures for venue preparation, event setup, customer flow, equipment handling, sanitation, safety coordination, and post-event controls;
- Create resource-allocation models and operational dashboards measuring attendance, capacity utilization, cancellations, customer satisfaction, costs, profitability, and vendor performance;
- Evaluate location performance and recommend adjustments to scheduling, capacity, staffing, resources, and operating procedures;
- Apply process-improvement methodologies to identify bottlenecks and reduce delays, cancellations, operating costs, waste, and service inconsistencies;
- Coordinate the purchasing, availability, allocation, and replenishment of equipment and event supplies while monitoring vendor quality and performance;
- Manage cross-functional operational projects involving operations, marketing, customer service, instructors, local personnel, and external partners;
- Implement information systems and analytical tools supporting operational planning, management reporting, and data-driven decision-making; and
- Document planning methodologies and operating procedures and train U.S. employees in the systems and processes implemented. Minimum Requirements
- A master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Analytics, or a closely related field;
- At least two years of professional experience in operations planning, supply-chain planning, logistics, inventory planning, distribution planning, project management, or a closely related position;
- Experience planning or coordinating operations across multiple locations, facilities, business units, or distribution points; The successful candidate must demonstrate specialized knowledge of:
- Multi-location operational planning, network coordination, and resource allocation;
- Statistical forecasting, demand analysis, and capacity planning for operations subject to changing demand and location-specific constraints;
- Development of forecasting models and operational dashboards using advanced Excel, Power BI, or comparable analytical tools;
- Design and analysis of KPIs relating to capacity utilization, attendance, cancellations, operating costs, customer satisfaction, and location performance;
- Lean Six Sigma or comparable process-improvement methodologies, including process mapping, bottleneck identification, and workflow optimization;
