PM Overview:

The Operations Business Manager (OBM) owns supply chain execution for assigned brands, turning demand and commercial priorities into clear direction for the contract manufacturing network. They lead cross-functional coordination and make priority/trade-off decisions to ensure reliable supply and successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

Manage operational activities in accordance with company policies and strategic objectives. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Analyze operational data and prepare reports to inform management decisions. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Supervise and support team members, providing training and development as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience in operations or business management, preferably 0+ years. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with management software tools.
