About us Vanta Sales is a Miami-based master dealer for fiber internet providers. We deploy sales teams across the U.S. and partner directly with national ISPs. We're scaling fast and looking for the right people to grow with us. The role You'll own the pipeline that takes new sales teams from "signed" to "selling in the field." Once a team is recruited, everything after that is yours: onboarding, ISP setup, merch, start dates, and all the follow-up in between. You'll also be the first point of contact for our reps and managers on day-to-day questions. Who we're looking for We're an early-stage startup growing fast, and this role grows with us.
We want someone who:
Is motivated and disciplined — you do great work without needing to be managed. Is a self-starter who sees what needs doing and does it before anyone asks. Has high agency — when something is stuck or broken, you find a way to fix it. Wants to grow with the company and take on more as we scale. What you'll do Run onboarding for new teams end to end: collect each rep's info, submit it to the right ISP, and get rep IDs, merch, badges, and portal credentials handled for each partner's process — coordinating with managers so orders actually get placed — then deliver everything back to the team. Plan and track every blitz deployment (who's going where, start and end dates, status) in our onboarding platform.
Keep teams in the field:
proactively reach out to managers between blitzes, pitch market options, and get the next deployment on the calendar — especially when a manager has gone quiet. Get contractor agreements signed and complete payroll onboarding for every new rep. Collect pay scales and override structures from managers and load them into payroll before payroll runs. Guide reps through local solicitor permits for new markets, and help managers find cost-effective housing when needed. Handle last-minute changes — late additions, dropouts, date shifts — without letting anything slip. Be the first point of contact for rep questions: pull performance reports, answer basic pay-status questions, and escalate to the founder only when it matters. Prepare reports and agendas for weekly ISP partner meetings. You're a fit if you Are relentlessly organized and can track 10 moving pieces without being reminded. Follow up and chase people down until things are done — politely, but persistently. Communicate clearly and quickly by text, email, and phone. Are comfortable in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel). Stay calm when plans change at the last minute. Live in or near Miami.
