Operations Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental and real estate properties in the Asheville area, including several high-end and luxury homes. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage day-to-day operations while maintaining elevated property and guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and readiness of rental properties Manage and coordinate contractors, vendors, and on-site teams Conduct property inspections and ensure high-quality standards are met Oversee maintenance, repairs, and property improvements Support property setup, turnovers, and overall presentation Track expenses and ensure efficient, cost-conscious operations

Qualifications:

3+ years in hospitality, property management, or operations Experience managing contractors and multiple properties Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a hands-on, proactive approach Familiarity with short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO) is a plus

Compensation:

Competitive salary + performance incentives
