Production Worker for Natural Cosmetic Brand

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our small team. Position Overview This role is primarily responsible for producing and packaging our products in a clean, organized warehouse environment. The position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Manufacture products by carefully following formulas and production procedures Accurately weigh, mix, and fill products into containers Label and package finished goods for shipment Operate equipment safely and clean thoroughly after use Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace (including surfaces, tools, and floors) Monitor and help maintain inventory levels of ingredients and packaging Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (boxes, materials, etc.) Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently after training Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, good taste in music Trustworthy Preferred (but not required): Experience in manufacturing, production, food handling, or similar hands-on work An interest in wellness/healthy living What We're Looking For A trustworthy, dependable person who takes pride in their work Someone who values cleanliness, organization, and consistency A good fit for a small, close-knit team environment Comfortable working independently after onboarding and training Additional Details Flexible scheduling options available Training provided Opportunity for growth as the company expands If this role feels like a good fit, please include: A short note about your past experience with hands-on, detail-focused work with 2-3 references Add the word "orange" to the top of your application - if this is missing we won't review A bit about your interest in natural products, wellness, or hobbies/interests in life
