Track timelines and milestones via spreadsheets and CompanyCam to ensure field reality matches the schedule.

Collaborate with Project Managers to review, verify, and submit draw requests accurately and on time. 2.
Communication & Accountability Meeting Facilitation:
Active participation in weekly Construction, Sales, and Leadership meetings to align goals and resolve bottlenecks.
Communication Management:
Monitor Slack channels to ensure rapid response times and clear hand-offs between departments.

Identify and escalate "overdue" pending projects before they become client issues. 3.
Performance & Strategy KPI Tracking:
Partner with the Acquisitions Team Leader to monitor lead-to-close ratios and acquisition efficiency.
Process Improvement:
Identify friction points in the day-to-day workflow and implement systems to solve them. What You'll Do (The "Day-to-Day")
Financial Stewardship:
Review project budgets, costs-to-date, and change orders. You will meet weekly with the CEO to review the financial health of the pipeline.
Field Oversight:
Monitor job progress via CompanyCam and project spreadsheets to ensure "boots on the ground" reality matches the "office" timeline.
Meeting Leadership:
Sit in on and drive accountability during weekly Construction, Sales, and Team meetings.
KPI Management:
Partner with the Acquisitions Lead to monitor conversion rates and lead efficiency.
Communication Hub:
Monitor Slack channels and project management software to identify "red flag" projects that are overdue or stalled.
Draw Requests:
Collaborate with PMs to accurately review and submit draw requests for funding. What You Bring to the

3+ years in Construction Operations, Real Estate Development, or high-level Project Management.

You aren't afraid to call out a project that is 2 days behind or 5% over budget.

You understand WIP (Work in Progress), draw schedules, and how a change order affects the bottom line.
Proactive Problem Solving:
You don't just report a fire; you bring the fire extinguisher.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
