Job Description
Position Overview MammoLink is seeking a Type-A, highly organized, driven, and accountable Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing mobile healthcare organization. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a field-based team, coordinating mobile units, keeping daily operations organized, and ensuring teams are meeting company expectations and performance goals. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who can manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of keeping operations running smoothly. Healthcare experience is not required. Experience managing field teams, fleet operations, logistics, or multi-site operations is preferred. DOT experience is a plus. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Team Management Oversee daily operations of mobile units and field staff Manage and support drivers, technologists, and administrative personnel Coordinate staffing, schedules, routing, and logistics across multiple locations Monitor productivity, attendance, performance, and adherence to company expectations Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and professional work environment Address operational issues and find solutions quickly Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and external partners Fleet & Logistics Coordinate the day-to-day operational needs of MammoLink's mobile fleet Monitor vehicle readiness, maintenance schedules, inspections, and required documentation Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and service providers Help minimize vehicle downtime and operational disruptions Maintain organized fleet and operational records Experience with fleet operations is preferred DOT experience is a plus Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions Create structure and processes that improve efficiency and accountability Anticipate problems and address them before they impact operations Help develop systems that support MammoLink as the company and fleet continue to grow Hiring & Team Development Support hiring, onboarding, and training of field employees Coach employees and provide feedback on performance Help develop a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism Qualifications Proven experience managing a team Experience managing field teams, fleet operations, logistics, or multi-site operations preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven accountability and follow-through DOT experience is a plus Healthcare experience is not required , but is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is highly organized and naturally creates structure Takes ownership and follows through Is comfortable holding a team accountable Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed Is a strong problem-solver who takes initiative Communicates clearly and professionally Thinks ahead and anticipates operational needs Can adapt quickly as the company grows Wants to be part of building and improving a growing organization
