One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning as an Operations Manager in Hartford County CT area where you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations and driving efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs. Manage and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with company objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in HVAC operations management or similar role.
