Responsibilities include:

Oversee Operations/Purchasing Department daily operations, including performance management and employee development Maintain and improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction Coordinate communications with internal departments, OEM customers, and overseas manufacturing facilities Maintain customer and company guided requirements for safety stock and inventory levels Oversee inventory management processes and controls to avoid inventory obsolescence and abnormal expenses Review and approve production orders Develop value-added metrics and generate associated reporting Develop and maintain departmental budgets

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years in the automotive industry operations and supply chain logistics management Must have strong employee management skills Experience in MRP, EDI and inventory systems knowledge

Desired Skills/Qualifications:
