Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager / Personal Assistance to join our team! This role combines the vital responsibilities of overseeing daily office operations with providing personalized support to ensure smooth workflows and efficient management. You will be the backbone of our administrative functions, coordinating schedules, managing vendors, supervising team members, and handling a variety of clerical and operational tasks. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a productive environment while ensuring all administrative needs are met with precision and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through energetic leadership and meticulous organization. Responsibilities Manage daily operations, including overseeing administrative procedures, filing systems, activities to maintain an organized workspace. Coordinate and manage schedules for executives and team members, including calendar management, appointment setting, and meeting arrangements. Handle vendor management by sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee job sites occasionally Organize events such as meetings office management tasks as needed, including filing confidential documents and managing sensitive information efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with event planning, vendor management. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in calendar management tools and multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work atmosphere. Office experience that includes clerical tasks such as filing, front desk duties, and general administrative support.
