POSITION SUMMARY
Lead the operations of the Cold Stone Creamery Headquarters private store and Research & Development laboratory. Assist Research & Development with production. Assist Operations Services team with a variety of projects, training materials and documents, communications, and events. Assist with the setup, execution and breakdown of headquarters meetings, events and employee activities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage operations of the Cold Stone Creamery Headquarters private store, including opening/closing on a regular schedule each week, maintaining cleanliness and organization, preparing and stocking products, taking inventory and placing Sysco orders, and managing calendar of availability Execute promotions in the Headquarters Cold Stone Creamery training store, including making promotional products and installing POP materials Follow recipes and procedures to build, decorate and stock freezer products for Cold Stone Creamery Headquarters private store Assist Research & Development team members with products for testing, cuttings, samplings, photoshoots, ideations Receive, organize and communicate sample deliveries for Research & Development Work with members of the Operations Services team to execute a variety of projects, mostly related to the Cold Stone Creamery brand Assist with development of training materials such as Procedure Cards, Recipe Cards, and Reference Documents Assist with management of Kahala Brands' quality assurance portal Assist with planning and execution of various events such as Franchisee Board meetings Support various Ops Services team responsibilities and assist with headquarters events such as dry run fundraisers, charity donations, special guest visits, employee lunches and employee activities (e.g., planning/setting up/hosting/breaking down headquarters events)KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills Detail-oriented and attentive to cleanliness Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Ability to handle a variety of different tasks at once, prioritizing and sequencing actions/decisions to move tasks toward execution Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement Enthusiastic, optimistic and service-minded team player Basic skills in Microsoft (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Basic restaurant experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
