Responsibilities Support and supervise day-to-day driver operations Handle high call volume and operational communication throughout the day Coordinate schedules, coverage, and daily operational needs Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations Respond quickly to issues and help resolve challenges in real time Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery and order accuracy Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and internal teams Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond quickly to issues Leadership, customer service, or team coordination experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Position Details Primarily remote position Occasional onsite visits within the Western North Carolina area may be required Full-time schedule with weekend operational responsibilities
