Regional Operational Specialist

We are seeking a driven, execution-focused Regional Operations Specialist to lead operational performance. Responsibilities As a Regional Operations Specialist, you will supervise and manage field installations, ensuring orders/projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service. With new opportunities, you will be an essential part of establishing quality installation standards, coordinating and training partner installation teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. In addition, you will provide hands-on leadership and coaching to field installation partners, set standards, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence across your assigned market through management activities, while also actively participating in field installations as needed. Field Leadership & Team Development Provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability to field team members. Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and in-field observations to reinforce standards. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff. Foster a culture of professionalism, ownership, and operational excellence. Address performance concerns promptly, document appropriately, and develop action plans and procedures to improve performance locally and nationwide. Field Installation Leadership & Execution Lead and actively participate in field installations, demonstrating proper techniques and best practices. Provide hands-on installation support during peak demand, new client launches, complex projects, and other evolving business needs. Troubleshoot on-site issues, implement solutions quickly, and ensure operational continuity. Set the example for field teams in professionalism, ownership, and technical execution. Client Relationship Management Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients within the market. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Proactively manage and address concerns, escalations, and service gaps with urgency and professionalism. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, expectations, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure alignment between company standards and client expectations. [additional description] Prepare reports and present project and client performance to executive leadership with analysis and recommendations. Operational & Quality Oversight Active involvement in field operations to ensure service delivery meets company and client quality standards. Implement and enforce quality control processes, audits, and corrective action plans. Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and create and execute improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with safety policies, operational procedures, and company guidelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the market. Key Qualifications 3-5+ years of leadership experience in installation operations, service, logistics, or related industry. 3-5+ years' experience in ONE (1) of the following industries: Electrical Contracting (Low Voltage Division) Telecommunications Infrastructure Structured Cabling & Network Infrastructure Security & Life Safety Systems Audio-Visual (AV) Integration Technology Installation Services Building Systems Integration Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on field support. Strong client-facing experience with proven relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, drive performance, and enforce accountability. Experience analyzing operational metrics and implementing performance improvements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned market. Work Environment Warehouse, retail, and in-home service environments. Travel extensively within the assigned region to lead installations, provide hands-on field support, and ensure every project meets quality and client standards. Willingness to travel up to 75%, including assignments outside the designated region based on operational demands. Company vehicle & gas card Some onsite visitation to out Celebration office (to be determined) Candidates that reside in the areas of Tallahassee, Tampa, Orlando, and Fort Myers preferred.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
