Role:
Omaha is known for its strong business backbone and steady growth in finance, logistics, and technology—and at OlaTech Business Solutions, we bring that same level of reliability and innovation to modern business systems. We design and optimize enterprise operations that are efficient, scalable, and built for long-term performance. We are looking for a Senior Business Systems & Operations Manager who can take full ownership of our operational systems, process optimization, and cross-functional business efficiency. This is not a passive oversight role—you will actively shape how our business runs at a structural level. You will bridge the gap between strategy, technology, and execution, ensuring our internal systems are seamless, data-driven, and built for growth. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and operations teams to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and build scalable workflows that support a fast-growing organization. You are the person who turns complexity into clarity and ensures that systems actually work in practice—not just on paper. Why Work With Us?The Environment:
We operate in a modern, flexible hybrid setup based in Omaha, Nebraska, with a strong focus on productivity over micromanagement. Our culture values clarity, accountability, and structured execution, while still allowing room for innovation and independent thinking.Strategic Impact:
Your work directly influences company performance. You are not managing isolated tasks—you are shaping the operational foundation of the organization.Modern Systems Approach:
We work with ERP, CRM, automation tools, and cloud-based platforms to eliminate inefficiencies and improve decision-making. We value systems thinking and practical execution over bureaucracy.Growth:

Business Systems Ownership:
Take full ownership of core business systems (ERP, CRM, internal tools) and ensure they are optimized, integrated, and effectively used across departments.Process Optimization:

Work directly with leadership to define operational priorities, KPIs, and execution frameworks.Data & Performance Analysis:
Develop reporting structures and dashboards to support decision-making and track business performance.Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to align systems and processes across the organization.Vendor & Systems Management:
Evaluate, implement, and manage external tools, platforms, and service providers.Continuous Improvement:
Drive ongoing improvements in operational structure, automation, and business efficiency. What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years in business operations, systems management, ERP administration, or process improvement roles, ideally in a technology-driven or consulting environment.Technical Exposure:
Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Analytical Ability:
Strong ability to analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement structured solutions.Leadership:
Proven experience working across departments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority over all teams.Education:
