Key Responsibilities:

Business Systems Ownership:

Take full ownership of core business systems (ERP, CRM, internal tools) and ensure they are optimized, integrated, and effectively used across departments.

Process Optimization:

Identify inefficiencies in workflows and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Operational Strategy:

Work directly with leadership to define operational priorities, KPIs, and execution frameworks.

Data & Performance Analysis:

Develop reporting structures and dashboards to support decision-making and track business performance.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to align systems and processes across the organization.

Vendor & Systems Management:

Evaluate, implement, and manage external tools, platforms, and service providers.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive ongoing improvements in operational structure, automation, and business efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

7+ years in business operations, systems management, ERP administration, or process improvement roles, ideally in a technology-driven or consulting environment.

Technical Exposure:

Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Analytical Ability:

Strong ability to analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement structured solutions.

Leadership:

Proven experience working across departments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority over all teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).

You are structured, analytical, and execution-focused. You are comfortable working in complexity and simplifying systems into clear, actionable frameworks.

Pay:

$15,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
