Implementing processes in the area of litigation management, Project management capabilities Your skills and experience 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in the area of litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property management, licensing operations, and/or cross-border transactions. Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution management, preferably also in a corporate setting. Excellent legal knowledge in the area of intellectual property-related litigation and SEP licensing. Ability to resolve complex legal questions and secure effective strategy execution.
