Position Summary Replimune is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to support the launch of an innovative therapy for patients with advanced cutaneous melanoma. This individual will be responsible for driving account strategy, building collaborative partnerships across multidisciplinary oncology teams, and optimizing patient access and care pathways within key treatment centers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oncology account management, demonstrated success navigating complex healthcare systems, and experience coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams. Experience in interventional radiology sales or working closely with interventional oncology teams is highly desirable. This is a field-based position. Candidates must generally reside within the territory for which they are applying. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority melanoma treatment centers and integrated delivery networks.
- Establish trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, including Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Coordinators, and Administrative Leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination of patient care across the multidisciplinary team to support timely treatment decisions and appropriate patient access.
- Map patient treatment pathways and understand referral patterns, diagnostic workflows, and institutional decision-making processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Patient Services, and Field Reimbursement teams to execute account strategies.
- Apply critical thinking and strategic problem-solving to address barriers impacting patient identification, treatment adoption, and operational execution.
- Support disease state education and appropriate product adoption while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Analyze account performance, market dynamics, and competitive activity to refine territory strategy and maximize launch success.
- Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Utilize CRM and business analytics tools to prioritize opportunities and measure execution against key performance indicators. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, including at least 3 years in oncology account management.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex oncology accounts and influencing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Experience coordinating or supporting patient care across multidisciplinary oncology settings.
- Strong understanding of oncology treatment pathways, referral networks, and institutional decision-making.
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned geography.
