Job Description
Pay:
$30-$35/hour depending on performance
Responsibilities:
Oversee cleaning operations across all Airbnb properties Ensure homes are fully cleaned, stocked, organized, and guest-ready before check-in Perform quality checks after cleanings and verify homes meet company standards Follow up with cleaners regarding missed items or cleaning concerns Help coordinate turnover schedules and manage cleaning logistics Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies remain stocked across all properties Organize and maintain cleaning supplies, linens, and turnover materials Report maintenance issues, damages, or concerns promptly Help train cleaners and maintain cleaning standards across the team Step in to clean during emergencies, staffing shortages, or high-demand turnover periods Help improve systems and processes to create more efficient operations Assist in solving last-minute problems that arise before guest arrivals Help ensure homes remain consistent and review-worthy as the business scales
