Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Account Manager to join our DFW team and serve as the trusted partner for our clients. In this role, your priority is ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication, problem-solving, and service delivery. You'll be the connection between our clients and internal teams, making sure every account receives the attention and support it deserves. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a positive client experience Develop strong, long-term relationships that encourage trust and client retention. Address client needs promptly and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to improve service. Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts Qualifications Proven success (3+ years) in client retention or service roles, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized; skilled at managing multiple priorities and solving problems independently. Confident, adaptable, and forward-thinking; comfortable tackling new challenges and voicing ideas for improvement. Experience upselling additional services to existing clients is a plus! Technologically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Reliable transportation with the ability to travel daily to client locations.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
