Job Description
Join a long-standing, growing organization in the ABA field where you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop marketing skills, and directly contribute to the growth of our services. We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Coordinator who is highly organized, outgoing, creative, and comfortable with sales and business development . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building professional relationships, conducting outreach, and identifying new opportunities. While this role includes traditional marketing responsibilities, it is very sales and outreach focused . The Marketing Coordinator will actively connect with schools, medical offices, community organizations, and other referral sources to introduce our services and develop new relationships. Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to schools, doctor's offices, pediatric offices, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other potential referral sources. Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners and community contacts. Identify new business and referral opportunities within the communities we serve. Make phone calls and conduct follow-up outreach to prospective referral sources. Field incoming phone calls and connections during afternoon hours and ensure opportunities are appropriately followed up on. Communicate with potential referral sources to explain our services and determine opportunities for collaboration. Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and outreach opportunities with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Conduct market research to identify new marketing and business-development opportunities. Implement marketing plans that include print and online content. Maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing activities. Track outreach activities, contacts, leads, and referral opportunities. Follow up consistently with prospective referral sources to develop relationships and generate new opportunities. Represent the organization professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and other outreach activities. Assist with identifying trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth within the ABA and healthcare markets. Perform other marketing, outreach, and business-development duties as assigned. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone and in person. Sales-minded and motivated by generating new opportunities. Confident making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new contacts. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple contacts, projects, and follow-ups. Creative and able to contribute new marketing ideas. Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills. Comfortable conducting research and identifying potential referral sources. Able to represent the organization professionally and consistently. A strong problem solver and critical thinker. Interested in building a career in marketing, healthcare, sales, or business development.
