8:00 AM•4:30 PM Occasional weekends The Transition Coordinator will work on-site on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Responsible for leading a varied team to manage all activities surrounding the opening, closing, acquiring, and movement of physician practices and individual physicians and ACPs within BayCare Medical Group. This activity includes ensuring physical locations, equipment, marketing, systems, and support is in place to ensure the smooth onboarding of the practice and provider. Required Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree with 5 years Project Management or 5 years in a leadership role within Physician Operations OR High School degree with 8 years Project Management OR 8 years in a leadership role within Physician Operations and/or a combination of both experience types.
