Commercial pool experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are primarily looking for a strong operational leader who knows how to manage employees, solve problems, communicate with customers, and keep a busy service department running smoothly.

Trident Pool Group is seeking an experienced Operations & Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Charleston commercial pool service team.This position is responsible for keeping our service department organized, efficient, and accountable. The manager will oversee employee scheduling, route planning, inventory, customer communication, and the consistent completion of service responsibilities. They will also work closely with our Charleston-based repair and renovation team to coordinate customer needs across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily activities of the commercial pool service team Create and maintain efficient employee schedules and service routes Monitor daily work completion, service quality, and employee productivity Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable Train, coach, and support employees to improve performance and consistency Manage service inventory, chemical supplies, equipment, and purchasing needs Ensure technicians have the materials and information needed to complete their routes Maintain regular communication with customers and respond promptly to questions or concerns Resolve service issues professionally and protect long-term customer relationships Coordinate with the repair and renovation team on equipment issues, customer requests, and upcoming projects Help plan for seasonal changes, staffing needs, and increased service demands Maintain accurate operational records and assist with departmental reporting Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction Support company safety standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirementsWhat We Are Looking For:
Previous experience managing employees and daily operations Strong scheduling, routing, and organizational skills Experience in a service-based, field-service, facilities, logistics, or route-driven business is preferred Ability to lead employees who work independently in the field Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence handling employee performance issues and difficult customer situations Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Experience managing inventory, supplies, or purchasing Comfortable using scheduling, routing, and business management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Commercial pool experience is a plus, but not required The Right Person forThis Role:
