In this Branch Manager - HVAC / Sheet Metal opportunity, you'll lead a multi-department branch with the support of senior leadership and the autonomy to drive growth, safety, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Branch Manager - HVAC / Sheet Metal position include: 10+ years of HVAC experience with commercial/industrial exposure, including sheet metal and ductwork experience. Minimum 7 years in the HVAC and/or sheet metal industry, with 3+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or management role (P&L responsibility strongly preferred). Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 20+ employees across service, installation, fabrication, and support functions. Direct oversight of HVAC service, installation, preventive maintenance, and mill/industrial maintenance operations. Working knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, service and installation practices, ductwork layout and take-offs, mechanical codes, and SMACNA standards. Financial and operational accountability for revenue, gross margin, operating income, job costing, labor productivity, pricing, and estimating assumptions.
