Full Time or Part Time Available Competitive Hourly Pay Based on Experience Every Great Event Starts Behind the Scenes. At Dish & Design Catering & Events, flawless events don't happen by accident. They happen because someone ensures every detail is organized before the first vehicle leaves the kitchen. We're looking for an organized, dependable, and energetic Operations Coordinator to become the bridge between our kitchen, delivery team, and event staff. If you enjoy staying organized, keeping things moving, and being part of a team that creates exceptional events, this could be the perfect opportunity. Responsibilities Review and organize daily event orders before departure. Prepare equipment, rentals, décor, and food setups for upcoming events. Coordinate daily delivery routes and loading schedules. Deliver catering orders throughout the Charleston area. Assist with event setup and breakdown. Support onsite events as needed. Maintain inventory of event equipment and supplies. Ensure vehicles, equipment, and event materials are organized and event ready. Work closely with kitchen, planners, and event teams to ensure smooth execution. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation. Excellent organizational skills. Hospitality, catering, logistics, warehouse, or event experience preferred but not required. Dependable, punctual, and team oriented. Schedule Flexible Full Time or Part Time opportunities. Primarily daytime weekday schedule with occasional evenings and weekends depending on event schedules. Mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle. This role is critical to ensuring our events are executed smoothly from preparation through delivery.
