Lowcountry Waste Collectors Help Build the Premier Valet Trash Company in the Southeast Lowcountry Waste Collectors is one of the fastest-growing valet trash companies in the Southeast. We provide nightly doorstep trash collection for apartment communities throughout the Charleston area and are rapidly expanding into new markets. We're looking for an experienced operations leader who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and creating outstanding customer experiences. This is not a desk job. You'll spend time visiting apartment communities, coaching employees, meeting with property managers, recruiting great people, and ensuring our operation runs smoothly every night. You'll oversee approximately: 25 apartment communities 7,000 apartment units 30+ part-time Valet Technicians One full-time Night Operations Manager Multiple team leads If you enjoy building systems, developing people, and taking ownership of an operation, we'd love to meet you. What You'll DoOperations Leadership Oversee nightly valet trash operations across approximately 25 apartment communities. Lead and coach our Night Operations Manager to ensure consistent service execution. Monitor service quality through property inspections and operational audits. Ensure routes are fully staffed each night. Respond quickly to service issues and emergencies. Improve operational efficiency through better systems and processes. Help launch new apartment communities. Team Leadership Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new Valet Technicians. Coach employees through performance feedback and accountability. Develop future Team Leads and Managers. Conduct ride-alongs and field training. Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and company standards. Build a culture where people enjoy coming to work. Client Relationships Build strong relationships with Property Managers and Regional Managers. Visit communities regularly. Resolve resident and client concerns quickly. Conduct quarterly client check-ins. Ensure every client receives exceptional service. Help retain and grow existing accounts. Quality Control You'll be responsible for making sure every community consistently meets Lowcountry's service standards.
This includes:
Property inspections Follow-behind quality audits Reviewing nightly reports Monitoring resident violations Coaching employees when standards aren't met Identifying trends before clients do Recruiting & Staffing Great service starts with great people.
You'll:
Continuously recruit new Valet Technicians Conduct interviews Hire and onboard employees Ensure every route remains properly staffed Maintain a pipeline of future employees Technology & Reporting You'll use technology every day to manage operations.

Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to work both day and evening hours as needed Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Schedule This position combines daytime management responsibilities with evening operational oversight.

Property visits Employee interviews Client meetings Operational planning Evening field support as needed Some weekends and on-call responsibilities are required.
