As one of the largest and most successful event rental companies in the region, we pride ourselves on delivering clean, high-quality rentals with exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Frontline Operations Lead to help oversee daily transportation and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary The Frontline Operations Lead plays a key role in supporting daily delivery and pickup operations by coordinating routes, assisting drivers, and helping maintain efficient logistics operations. This position combines dispatching, route coordination, and frontline leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, customers, and venues. Responsibilities Support and oversee daily driver operations Coordinate and dispatch delivery and pickup routes Monitor routes and make adjustments as needed throughout the day Assist with scheduling drivers and helpers Communicate with customers, venues, and internal teams regarding deliveries and pickups Troubleshoot route, scheduling, and operational issues Track route completion and delivery timelines Assist with fleet coordination and vehicle maintenance scheduling Conduct end-of-day driver check-ins and paperwork review Monitor labor hours and promote operational efficiency Help maintain company equipment, keys, and operational assets Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations Assist with hands-on operational support when needed Qualifications Previous logistics, dispatching, transportation, or operations experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience is a plus Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Valid Driver's License required High School Diploma or GED required Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Simple IRA with Company Match Paid Vacation (after first year) Schedule Full-Time Weekends
