We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing Commercial Cleaning company. This leadership role is ideal for candidates with a strong supervisory background, especially in fast-paced janitorial or commercial cleaning environments. This position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites. Supervise and support cleaning staff, ensuring quality service and adherence to safety protocols. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and consistency. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best. Handle customer communication, including inquiries and complaint resolution, with professionalism and urgency. Analyze operations and staffing needs to identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions.
