Role Description The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing janitorial services, coordinating team activities, scheduling, ensuring quality service delivery, and other assigned duties. Work schedule varies throughout the week and weekends. Qualifications Team management and leadership skills Experience in janitorial, Strong communication and organizational skills, Ability to work on-site, and Coordinate team activities. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the facility
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and pressure washers
• Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred, but not necessary... we will train
• Understanding or knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as needed
• Excellent time management skills, problem solving, time management, how to motivate others, prioritize tasks efficiently, etc.
