What You'll Do Lead Daily Operations Coordinate technician schedules, routing, and service calls Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and on time Work Directly with Customers Meet with clients to assess irrigation needs Create estimates and present service or design proposals Follow up on open quotes and help close business Support Your Team in the Field Jump in on complex repairs and troubleshooting Provide guidance, training, and support to technicians Drive Quality & Safety Conduct site visits to ensure high-quality work Promote a strong safety culture and compliance Build & Develop the Team Coach, mentor, and support technicians and office staff Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management Manage Performance & Profitability Track labor, materials, and job costs Support department goals for efficiency and revenue growth What We're Looking For 8+ years of irrigation or landscaping experience 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems Experience with estimating, proposals, or client interaction Valid driver's license Irrigation certifications (CIC, CID, CLIA) are a plus Key Skills for Success Leadership and team development Customer communication and relationship building Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting Organization and time management Sales mindset with a consultative approach How You'll Be Measured Service team efficiency and productivity Revenue growth and estimate conversion rates Customer satisfaction and retention Safety performance and compliance Work Environment Mix of field and office work Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Some early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on seasonality Ready to Take the Next Step?
