Full-Time, Onsite About Us We are a growing ABA clinic in Bristol, TN serving young children through high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based services. Our program focuses on early intervention, collaboration with families, and creating a structured, supportive environment where children and staff can thrive. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our center and support the clinical team in delivering exceptional care. Position Overview The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the ABA center. This individual partners closely with the Clinical Director to manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, facility operations, compliance, and family communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare/education setting. Key Responsibilities Operations & Staffing Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance Manage staff schedules, coverage, call-outs, and PTO coordination Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff in collaboration with recruiters and leadership Client & Family Coordination Serve as a primary operational point of contact for families Coordinate client intake, scheduling, and startup paperwork Welcome new families, assist with clinic orientation, and support positive parent experiences Compliance & Documentation Ensure operational compliance with state regulations, MaineCare requirements, and company policies Track credentialing, trainings, and staff compliance requirements Facility & Vendor Management Oversee clinic environment, cleanliness, safety, and organization Manage supplies and inventory Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with the Clinical Director and senior leadership Participate in leadership meetings and operational planning Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Education, Business, or related field) 2+ years of operations, office management, healthcare, education, or clinic management experience Experience in ABA, early childhood education, healthcare, or behavioral health strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Comfortable using scheduling, documentation, and practice management systems Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a growing environment What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full-time, stable position with growth opportunities Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Opportunity to play a key role in a growing early intervention program Meaningful work supporting children and families
